Tulle skirts have made a comeback in recent years, but they can be hard to style. As an adult I prefer to look chic rather than juvenile and that can be hard to do while wearing a tulle skirt.

Wear A Basic White Top
When it comes to making a tule skirt look chic you can’t go wrong with a basic white t-shirt, tank top or sweater. I opted for a lacy white t-shirt (similar here & here, last seen here) with oversized sleeves to balance out the oversized skirt.
Wear Only 2-3 Colors
To keep your tulle skirt looking chic try wearing only a few colors. I decided to just wear white and pink. I matched my purse to my top and my shoes to my skirt.
Add In A Fun Accessory
Even though keeping things paired down and simple looks chic I couldn’t help add in this fun floral purse (similar here). The purse matched my skirt perfectly and added a bit of playfulness to my overall outfit. Another fun accessory would be a clutch shaped like a book or a chic designer bag.
