Sherpa has risen in popularity this year, and what better time than now (when the temps drop) to try out this cozy new trend.
I found this faux sherpa zip-up hoodie (size medium) for less than $20. Not only is it soft and cozy which is exactly what I prefer to wear this time of year, but it layers nicely over just about anything. So far I’ve worn it over t-shirts, turtlenecks, and camis as pictured here.
I’ve had these black distressed jeans on repeat (last seen here, here, and here) since the temperatures have dropped. I just can’t stop wearing them! Not only do they go with everything, but when paired with black boots they have a way of extending your legs. Similar to a trick I love using during warmer months with nude heels and bare legs.
In the past when wearing these black jeans with ankle boots I noticed sometimes my socks would show so I decided make that a feature by wearing fishnet socks. Love little details like this that make a simple outfit unique.
Hot coffee & sherpa make a 20º photoshoot bearable.
I recently found these Express studded ankle boots at my local Gordmans. Love how the tiny silver studs give these boots just the right amount of edge (last seen here, similar boots here).
