The last time I wore this hat was on vacation in Jamaica last fall. I love wearing hats and this one just screams summer to me, mainly because I’ve only worn it on the beach.

With the 4th of July almost here and the hottest weather we’ve had so far this year, I decided to keep my look as cool and comfortable as possible in this airy cotton t-shirt dress and chambray shirt.

Our plans for the long holiday weekend include cooking out on our new grill, spending time with family, and online shopping. Forever21 is having a buy one get one free sale (online only) until July 4th, so I purchased these slides I’ve had my eye on in tan, and got these lace up sandals for free! I hope everyone has a wonderful 4th of July.
